"Crooked Canopy" is an acrylic two piece set ive painted along side the Murray River South Australia. Its an abstract expression of the beauty of nature and the intricate relationship between the environment and us. It is sure to bring a sense of wonder and awe to any space it is hung in.
The "Crooked" part of the name is a reminder that we all have our uneveness and we arent perfect, this elemnet creates visual statements designed to move the viewers eyes around the painting.
The "Canopy" part of the name came from my collegue who asked if I was painting a "forest". Canopy only felt fiiting after this as the undertones resemble the vast range of colours in a trees canopy.

This piece is done in high- quality acrylic and coated in UV protection, but like any other painting it is reccomneded to avoid hanging in direct sunlight to protect it from fading.
